13 May

…wakie wakie little boat, your crew is coming back.  Soon we’ll take you out of your warm, dry shed and put you back to work.  You have new places to explore and new friends to make.

Soon, Boyd and I are exchanging this view…

Hi Bonnie! So great to hear from you! We were just thinking of Aqua the other day. Where did you go after Aqua? Did everyone else leave when the place was purchased? How are you?

    Hi Mrs B,

I think you met me but once when I worked for Boyd in Canberra. If you think you can scare me with promises of showing people doing interesting stuff and having a great time – think again pilot! I hope the Bushranger comes out of the barn to get its feet wet easy and you get underway with few hassles.

    Looking forward to the log.

    Cheers

  13. Allan May 16, 2016 at 10:02 #

Hi Guys, it’s Allan from Runaground Sue. Happy to see you back on the loop. What’s your final destination and ETA? I’ll be looking to purchase a trawler fall of 2017. Bushranger is a fine vessel. Maybe Boyd & I can make a deal. Cheers Allan

    • MrsB May 17, 2016 at 02:08 #

Hi Allan. Great to hear from you! We’ll complete the Loop in Pickwick Lake in Alabama in September October. Unfortunately your a couple of weeks too late. …Bushranger is under contract already. We hand over to the new owners in October. How is Runaground Sue? Have you tugged any trawlers off any sandbars lately?

      • Allan May 17, 2016 at 08:30 #

I’m sure the new owner will be very happy. A bit early for me anyway. Looking to start loop when my wife retires next fall 2017. Runaground Sue is at Lake Powell AZ now and will be going Puget Sound this Oct. No sandbars in Lake Powell, depth in main chanel is 400 ft. Looking forward to your posts. Cheers Allan
