Playin’ With the Big Boys

23 Jul

What a day! And it’s official – we are in New Jersey!

…and we were playing with the big boys on our way here…

…no more gentle cricket songs and lazy rivers. Nope, we’re in the land of the crazies!

…so, we pulled into the Utsch’s Marina, in Cape May, New Jersey, lucky to have escaped with our sanity intact (I know what you’re thinking – and you may be right about the questionable status of our ‘sanity’ prior to setting out on this loop – but never mind that!).

If you haven’t been to Cape May, it a holiday resort on the southern tip of New Jersey…and it’s got some truly beautiful homes…

Tomorrow we’ll start working our way up the Jersey coast. If all goes well, at this time tomorrow we’ll be sitting at the one-armed-bandits in Atlantic City making buckets of money!

I love your cup of tea idea! I’m sorry it doesn’t work. We are staying on the outside since the inside looks to be a pain in the butte. Are you guys having fun?
