hmmm, about 650 miles and used 150 gallons of fuel, about 2 weeks (although we took our time and stayed extra days at a few places), $3.40/gallon at Mobile and $3.69/gallon at Columbus for diesel, and the locks are free! …and I think that covers it. Maybe you need a boat to loop with!?!…then we’ll meet up for docktails and tell war stories?…

We live on the Nature Coast, central Gulf coast Florida. 40 miles north of Clearwater.
If you get into our area send us a note and we’ll try to give you some insight into the local coast. For example, Tarpon Springs,
where the Greek community has been sponge fishing for almost one hundred years. Watch out for the manatees.
Love, hugs and it’s 75 degrees here today … ME

Thanks for that! We are planning on bringing Bushranger down in that direction in January, so we look forward to your insights!
