The Flotilla

This morning, we awoke to this…

…but we had places to go, so we joined the queue to get through the first of four locks – I reckon today is our day to polish our locking skills. …unfortunately, everyone (including a barge) had the same idea.

So, it’s a hurry up and wait day. It’s a good thing there’s a nice view…

    Lovely views! A couple who live near us are planning to begin the Loop in April and are hoping you’ll be this far before they depart. They’d like to meet you and hear of your adventures!
