Goodbye Winter

30 Nov

Winter has come to Iuka Mississippi…

cold Iuka

…so it’s time to double up the berthing lines, cover the hatches and bid Bushranger a cheery “goodbye”.

double lines

We’re bound for warmer climates (Sydney here we come!).

…but we’ll be back soon enough, to finish what we’ve started. Until then, Bushranger “will leave the light on for us.”

She is looking beautiful…It is easy when you work so hard on a boat to become emotionally attached….Have a nice holiday and thanks for letting us watch you make your boat so pretty.

Hi – I clicked on pictures to enlarge and the boat looks perfection. The countryside looks beautiful too. The American autumn is so pretty. Have a great flight over – maybe we can catch up in Sydney. I now spend half my life there – seriously. No exaggerations. There is a gorgeous little red head called Sammy. He is 9 months old.
