Small Spaces

24 May

Boyd has pretty much  finished the bridge! He has designed a cool flip-top console for the instrument panel so he can access all the bits and pieces.  Take a look…

He has reinstalled the toilet (head?) in the aft bathroom…

But, most importantly, he is still threading wires into the smallest places…

…and he keeps saying that he thought apprentices were supposed to be the ones to crawl into these places! He wants to know where his apprentice is…

…and me, I’m still varnishing…

They didn’t give him an apprentice when he retired??? Not even a little one who could fit in those tight places??? He was in the wrong Navy.

I don’t know…I think the ‘other navy’ might have insisted he crawl into even tighter spaces…
